DILIGENT's project management structure is designed to ensure achievement of the project's stated objectives while at the same time allowing for the future evolution of the consortium.

The structure combines the project's activity orientation (e.g. grid and DL tecnologies, application scenarios, various business and user aspects, branding) with a focus on participants (e.g. diverse technological expertise, geographical dispersion, insertion and removal of participants).

DILIGENT is structured to include three managment elements:

• Steering Committee, of which a
• Management Team will take part (i.e. Administrative and Financial Coordinator and Technical and Scientific Coordinator), and an
• Executive Committee.

The Steering Committee is responsible for the strategic direction of DILIGENT, as well as day-to-day choices concerning  internal and external project activities. The Executive Committee is the ultimate decision-making body which is also responsible for the implementation of strategic choices made.

Steering Committee Representatives
